How I work

A quick guide on what happens before and after your photo shoot, and what to expect when booking with Photography by Kavi.

BOOKING:

1. You tell me the sort of shoot you want to book – an indoor studio shoot (at my Stanmore space) or outdoor shoot.
   
2. I’ll send you pricing packages.
   
3. We firm up a date and time for your shoot. You sign a contract and pay a deposit.
   
4. I’ll send you a guide on what to wear if you need it. You are welcome to send me photos of your outfits.
   
5. I’ll also send you a price list for premium quality wall art (photographic wall hangings).
   
6. You have a fun and memorable photo shoot.
   
   

AFTER THE SHOOT:

1. Within a week or two, I’ll show you lightly edited photos from the shoot.
   
2. You get the chance to choose the ones you want to keep and/or print and turn into wall hangings.
   
3. I go away and hand edit each and every photo you select. All photos are delivered within 30 days of the client selecting their photos.
   
4. I order your prints and wall products, and deliver your digital images.
   
5. You take away your photos and cherish them for a lifetime. You’ll put them up on your walls, use them as digital backgrounds for your smartphone, and gift prints to grandparents.
